The General Counsels’ Association of India (GCAI) organised the fifth edition of Nyaya Nirmaan 2026: India @ 2047 on 24 September 2026 at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, on the theme “Building the Legal Architecture for a Connected Global Economy”.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Dato’ Mary Lim, President of the AIAC Court of Arbitration, along with Aparna Panicker and Nikshita Niranjan from IAMC, Hyderabad.
The session brought together leading dispute resolution practitioners from India and Singapore to examine the practical choices businesses face in cross-border disputes, including mediation, arbitration, enforcement, interim reliefs, institutional arbitration, AI, legal education and India’s potential to emerge as a global dispute resolution centre.
RIAC 2026 will feature a week-long programme of the Main Conference and partner-led sessions examining the evolving practice of international arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, emerging legal challenges and the changing role of technology.
