Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised the Buyer Consortium on the acquisition of the IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals, for USD ~1.6 Billion.
CAM also advised Adar Poonawalla on the formation of the Buyer Consortium, with the Mittal family.
The Mauritius-based holding company being acquired presently holds interests in three professional cricket franchises: the Rajasthan Royals (IPL, India), the Paarl Royals (SA20, South Africa) and the Barbados Royals (CPL, Caribbean).
