UPSIFS Team Secures Best Memorial Award at Nyaya Abhyuday 2.0 — 4th National Technological Moot Court Competition Organised by NFSU, Gandhinagar

The School of Law, Forensic Justice & Policy Studies, Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Science (UPSIFS), Lucknow, proudly announces the outstanding achievement of its student team at Nyaya Abhyuday 2.0 — 4th National Technological Moot Court Competition, organised by the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, held on 28—29 March 2026.

Competing against 48 teams from across the country, the UPSIFS team secured the Best Memorial Award, along with a cash prize of ₹10,000. This achievement stands as a testament to the Institute’s commitment to fostering rigorous legal research, analytical depth, and excellence in memorial drafting.

The team comprised Shobhit Tiwari (1st Year), Tushar (1st Year), and Sahaj Mishra (1st Year).

The competition focused on contemporary legal issues at the intersection of technology and law, requiring participants to demonstrate structured legal reasoning and precision in legal writing.

This accomplishment highlights UPSIFS’s dedication to promoting academic excellence, research orientation, and practical advocacy skills through active participation in national-level competitions.

A special acknowledgment is extended to Prof. (Dr.) G. K. Goswami, IPS, DSc, LLD, Director, UPSIFS, whose visionary leadership and constant encouragement continue to inspire students to excel at national platforms. His commitment to fostering discipline, innovation, and excellence has played a pivotal role in shaping such achievements.
