The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD), operating under the Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT) at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Patiala, Punjab, is hosting the 2nd International Conference on “Navigating the Future of Insolvency: IBC in the Age of Technology, Globalization and Sustainable Finance” on 9—10 October 2026. Commemorating a decade of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), this conference offers a high-level academic and professional platform to evaluate the statutory trajectory alongside contemporary developments, including artificial intelligence, digital asset default, ESG mandates, and cross-border coordination.
