Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as lead global legal counsel to AXISCADES Technologies Limited (“ATL”) in connection with the transfer of its business comprising the provision of Engineering Services in the Heavy Engineering, Automotive, and Energy Industries by ATL and its subsidiaries, Epcogen Private Limited, AXISCADES UK Limited and AXISCADES Inc., to Akkodis India Private Limited, Akkodis UK Limited and Akkodis Inc. respectively.
CAM’s role included: (i) strategic advisory to the Client in relation to the Transaction; (ii) reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents; (iii) reviewing and finalizing the corporate authorisations; and (iv) advising on general corporate/ securities laws, in respect of the Transaction.
