President appoints 19 Advocates, Judicial Officers as Judges in 3 High Courts

On 29-07-2025, the President of India, in exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, appointed 19 Judges in three High Courts.

Gauhati High Court

• The following persons were appointed as Additional Judges:

  3. Pranjal Das, Judicial Officer

  4. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Judicial Officer

Madhya Pradesh High Court

• The following persons were appointed as Judges:
  1. Pushpendra Yadav, Advocate
  2. Anand Singh Bahrawat, Advocate
  3. Ajay Kumar Nirankari, Advocate
  4. Jai Kumar Pillai, Advocate
  5. Himanshu Joshi, Advocate
  6. Ramkumar Choubey, Judicial Officer

  7. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Judicial Officer

• The following persons were appointed as Additional Judges:
  1. Alok Awasthi, Judicial Officer
  2. Ratnesh Chandra Singh Bisen, Judicial Officer
