Tech Sangam International Dialogue

Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Science (UPSIFS), Lucknow, is set to host Tech Sangam | International Dialogue 2026, a three-day international summit on ‘Convergence of AI, Cyber Forensics, Quantum Technologies, Data Protection and legal compliance’, from 23 to 25 October 2026.

With Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, as the Chief Guest, the Summit will bring together academicians, researchers, students, industry professionals, legal experts, cybersecurity specialists and cyber forensics professionals on a common platform for knowledge exchange, research and collaboration.

The Summit is expected to bring together approximately 1,200 participants from India and abroad, including policymakers, senior administrators, industry leaders, start-ups, members of the Armed Forces, police officials, judicial officers, prosecutors, forensic and cyber professionals, researchers, faculty members and students.

The Summit seeks to facilitate multidisciplinary discussions around some of the most rapidly evolving technological and regulatory developments, including Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Forensics, Quantum Technologies, Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Legal Compliance.

Key Themes of the Summit

The Summit will focus on a wide range of contemporary issues at the intersection of technology, security and law, including:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies: Developments in AI and other emerging technologies and their implications for society, industry and regulation.

Summit Objectives

The Summit aims to create a continuing Policy—Industry—Academia dialogue, with UPSIFS serving as the institutional catalyst for sustained engagement and collaboration.

  • Developing industry-ready talent through training, internships, placements, and professional mentoring.
