S&R Associates represented IRB InvIT Fund, a publicly offered listed infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) that owns and operates road assets, in an approximately INR 27.44 billion acquisition of Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited and CG Tollway Limited from IRB Infrastructure Trust, a privatelyplaced listed InvIT.
