Khaitan & Co advised JM Financial Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited and PL Capital Markets Private Limited as counsel to the book running lead managers in relation to the filing of the draft red herring prospectus by JSW One Platforms Limited, as part of its bid to undertake an initial public offering of aggregating up to ₹30,540.10 million ($318.62 million) comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders.
