Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM”) advised Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited (“Cloud Wave”) and its shareholders on its acquisition by Axiscades Technologies Limited (“Axiscades”).
Cloud Wave is an India-based Company in the business of precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, plastic injection moulding, plastic 3D printing, surface treatment, power press parts, for aerospace and defense/semiconductor applications.
