S&R Associates represented ICICI Securities, DAM Capital and JM Financial, book running lead managers, in the INR 10 billion initial public offering by Hero Motors Limited, an automotive technology company engaged in designing, manufacturing and supplying highly engineered powertrain solutions to global automotive OEMs.
