S&R Associates represented Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited, a thermal engineering and specialized cable manufacturer, and its selling shareholders in its INR 6.50 billion initial public offering. The transaction also included a pre-IPO INR 0.50 billion secondary sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders.
The IPO team was led by partner Juhi Singh, and included associates Gunjeet Singh, Abhishek Gupta, Nidhi Raj, Aarush Sharma, Nathaniel Warjri and Vasundhara Gupta. The pre-IPO secondary sale team was led by partners Meher Mehta and Radhika Iyer, and included associates Ayushi Singh and Nikhitha Tadigoppula.
