Thangadurai specialises in direct tax litigation, M&A tax advisory and direct tax advisory & opinions. He has formulated and executed the direct tax litigation strategy for multiple global entities and successfully represented prominent multinational clients, in high-stakes cross-border tax disputes. He is also actively engaged in cross-border M&A tax negotiations, focusing on drafting tax clauses, indemnities, and covenants in definitive deal documentation.
He is also recognised as a ‘Leading Associate’ in Corporate Tax by Legal500 2023 and 2024 rankings.
Thangadurai graduated from Dr Ambedkar Law University School of Excellence in Law, Chennai in 2011 and later pursued LL.M from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2014. He joined the firm in March 2016.

Diptayon advises leading developers, PE Funds, institutional asset owners, GCCs and data centre operators on transaction structuring and documentation in relation to large real estate acquisitions, joint development and leasing.
He has extensive sectoral experience in real estate, construction and development matters, including structuring, negotiating and drafting conveyances and joint development arrangements; acquisitions of commercial and warehousing assets; commercial leasing for GCCs and data centres; and advisory matters relating to RERA and other allied regulatory requirements.
Diptayon is a graduate from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2008 and joined the firm in February 2025.

Manjul is a pan India real estate lawyer advising on-shore and off -shore infrastructure companies, developers, investors, funds, financial institutions across India. Nidhi Asher, Dispute Resolution, Mumbai
Nidhi has developed a focused practice in cross-border sanctions work, international and domestic arbitrations, and complex commercial disputes, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes, infrastructure and construction projects. She regularly represents domestic and international clients before the BHC, SC, NCLT and Arbitration Tribunals.
She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2014 and later pursued a diploma in International Law Contemporary Issues from London School of Economics in 2016. She joined the firm in May 2021.
