Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I, on its investment as lead investor in the Series B funding round (which also includes secondary investment through acquisition of shares from existing shareholders) of Bellatrix Aerospace Private Limited. The Series B funding round has also seen participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, 35 North India Growth Fund I, GrowX Ventures Fund II Scheme 1, GrowX Ventures Fund II Co Investment Scheme I and other existing investors including Pavestone Technology Fund, Inflexor Opportunities Fund I, Inflexor Technology Fund and Indusbridge – Ventures Fund. Bellatrix Aerospace is engaged in the business of manufacturing and developing of advanced propulsion technologies and satellites for civilian and defence space applications.
