Shreyshth Sharma

Shryeshth Ramesh Sharma has joined SKV Law Offices as a Partner in its Disputes practice team. Shryeshth has previously worked for J. Sagar Associates, HSA Advocates, JSPL and Interglobe Enterprises Ltd. Shryeshth will be focusing on regulatory and policy disputes and white collar crime practice at SKV.

In his extensive experience of over 18 years, he has advised clients on diverse disputes on policy infirmities and challenges, contractual disputes including reciprocity and performance, multiple sector-based regulatory proceedings and appeals. Shryeshth has advised and represented various corporate houses, and individuals, in matters involving economic offences. Apart from successfully achieving closure of complex criminal investigations through Court processes, Shryeshth has represented and assisted clients in navigating through the lifespan of criminal trials, including cases involving special offences and business crimes. In recent years he has focused on renewable energy and regulatory intricacies and contractual complexities, adding strength to the growing success of SKV Law Offices.

Pranav Bhaskar previously joined SKV, as head of its Corporate Practice at the Delhi office, making it a total of 4 partners. Prior to joining SKV, Pranav worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co and also worked privately for a few years.

Further, Priya Dhankar and Manu Tiwari have joined SKV as a senior Associate and Associate in the Regulatory Disputes practice. Priya has been practicing in the energy dispute space for over 6 years. Priya and Manu will be joining the Disputes Practice at SKV.
