Khaitan & Co advised OnionLife Private Limited (Dba Karmalife) and the founders on its raising of INR 44 crore in an extension to its pre-Series A funding round led by Krishna Bhupal’s family office and existing investor, Artha Venture Fund, Net Graph Investments, Singularity Ventures, LogX Venture Partners, Balesh Sharma, Amit Jain, Vikram Kailas, and Shaji Kumar Devakar through a combination of a primary and secondary investment.
The core team consisted of Surbhi Kejriwal (Partner), Purti Minawala (Partner), Vedika Bhandari (Senior Associate) and Avishek Banerjee (Associate).
