Constitution of India — Art. 137 — Review — Minor girl of 4 yrs, raped and battered to death by 47 yr old man: Showing signs of reformation after initiating Review petition not enough to save a man, who raped and brutally killed a 4-year old, from death sentence. Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 — S. 5(1)(2) r/w S. 5(2) — Disproportionate assets case — Calculation of income from lawful source: Evidence of income tax returns and orders thereon can be relied on in this case as it has been corroborated by other reliable and independent evidence and said tax return by respondent’s wife had been filed much prior to registration of case against respondent accused.
