All attorneys enrolled in the register maintained by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks are required to complete the e-KYC process within one month.

The prescribed e-KYC form is available on the official IP India e-filing portal and can be accessed using the attorney’s existing login credentials.
