SAM appoints Prateek Bhandari as Partner

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) is pleased to welcome Prateek Bhandari, who has joined the Firm as a Partner, in the Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance Practice in New Delhi.

Prateek brings over 13 years of experience advising project development, corporate and commercial laws, mergers and acquisitions and project financing across power, renewable energy, oil and gas, roadways, ports and airports sectors. He advises on concession agreements, power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, tendering and bidding advisory and regulatory matters. In addition, Prateek’s practice encompasses emerging areas of energy transition, including carbon markets, green hydrogen and energy storage.
