Supreme Court designates 1 former High Court Chief Justice and 4 Judges as Senior Advocates

In a Full Court Meeting held on 29-10-2025, the Chief Justice of India and the Judges of the Supreme Court of India designated the following former Chief Justice/ Judges of the High Courts as Senior Advocates with effect from 29-10-2025:

1. Justice Tashi Rabstan, Former Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh
2. Justice Gilani Madadali Nurmohammad, Former Judge, High Court of Bombay
3. Justice M. Govindaraj, Former Judge, Madras High Court
4. Justice Pankaj Bhandari, Former Judge, Rajasthan High Court
5. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain, Former Judge, High Court of Punjab and Haryana
