President appoints Dharmalingam Lingeswaran, Balathandayutham Karthikeyan as Additional Judges of Madras High Court
The President has appointed Dharmalingam Lingeswaran and Balathandayutham Karthikeyan as Additional Judges of the Madras High Court for two years under Article 224(1) of the Constitution.
