The Competition is scheduled to be held in a hybrid format, with the Preliminary and Quarter-Final Round of Arguments held online on 5th December, 2026, and the Semi-Final & Final Rounds of Arguments held offline on 8th & 9th January, 2027, at Government Law College, Mumbai.
The 11th edition was host to several universities and colleges from across the globe where we welcomed over 35 distinguished ADR professionals, while witnessing the intense battle of skills among 24 negotiating teams and 12 talented mediators. It was a celebration of knowledge, strategy, and collaboration that truly elevated the spirit of ADR.
The NUALS Moot is a national-level moot court competition organised by the NUALS Moot Court Society, focusing on international taxation. The Previous Editions of NUALS Moot brought together legal intellects from across India to explore the evolving complexities of International Taxation and Corporate Legal Structures in Cross-Border Share Acquisitions.
The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in collaboration with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Markanda Advocates, Justice KP Bhandari Foundation, SCC Times, Centre for Trade and Investment Law, and Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International is all set to organise the 5th edition of RGNUL Negotiation Competition, 2025 (5th NegComp) from 7th-9th November, 2025 in a virtual set-up.
