Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Forvia, a global leader in mobility technologies and sustainable solutions, on establishing a joint venture with Anand Group, a leading Indian diversified mobility solutions conglomerate, to expand Forvia’s automotive seating business in India.
The partnership combines Forvia’s expertise in seating systems and technology with Anand Group’s established network, customer relationships, and deep knowledge of the Indian automotive ecosystem.
