Khaitan & Co advised PricewaterhouseCoopers Services (PwC US) on the formation of a joint venture between PwC India and PwC US. The joint venture will unite PwC India’s Consulting business and PwC US Advisory’s India-based capabilities into a single, integrated platform to serve clients in India, the US, and around the world. The combined platform spans the full spectrum of client needs — from strategy and transformation through technology, engineering, and AI. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of calendar year 2027, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
