Godrej Properties Limited has acquired the development rights over a 2.5 acres land parcel at Marine Lines from Man Infraconstruction Limited and Shreepati Group. The land parcel is earmarked for development as a luxury residential project with an overall estimated revenue potential of INR 6,000 crore.
Elarra Law Offices advised Godrej Properties Limited on the acquisition of development rights over the land parcel.
The firm was involved in the finalization of the deal structure and drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documentation.
The mandate was led by Ms. Madhura Samant (Managing Partner), Ms. Supriya Majumdar (Partner), Mr. Nihal Mehta (Associate), and Mr. Abhas Raj (Associate).
The Godrej Properties team was spearheaded by Mr. Saurabh Mohindru (Chief Legal Officer) with assistance from Mr. Amit Poojari (Legal Head- Mumbai Zone) and Ms. Ayushi Tomar (Associate).
