Investment in Ice Make Refrigeration Limited (“Company”) by Galilei Holdings Co. Ltd. (“Galilei”), Japan and joint venture between the Company and Galilei.
CAM advised the Company and its promoters on investment by Galilei and other investors through a preferential issue of equity shares. The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying refrigeration products and equipment. CAM also advised the Company on a joint venture with Galilei.
