With over 2 decades of experience in equity and debt capital market transactions, Prashaant has deep sectoral expertise, encompassing defence, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, hospitality, entertainment, mining, oil and gas, real estate, financial services, and banking.
Known to his friends as PVR, Prashaant has supported clients across the entire suite of capital markets transactions including the IPO journey, right from the preparatory phase on red flag identification due diligences prior to advising on post-listing compliances, as well as follow-on public offers, rights issue, qualified institutions placements, alternative investment market listings, business trust listings, American Depositary Receipts (ADR)/Global Depositary Receipts (GDR), Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), and Singapore Exchange (SGX) medium-term note offerings.
