Neytra and Saurav are part of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Capital Markets & Securities Law practice groups. Neytra advises funds, venture-backed and growth-stage companies on private equity and venture capital transactions, cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracting. Saurav advises domestic and international clients on cross-border M&A, private equity investments, business transfers, and general corporate and commercial matters.
