Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) represented Stonepeak Partners LP before the CCI in seeking approval for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Castrol Group Holdings Limited (“Castrol”) by a SPV of Stonepeak. CPPIB is a co-investor with Stonepeak and bp (“Seller”) will retain 35% shareholding in Castrol post completion.
