Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented a consortium of lenders including MUFG Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on ECB and guarantee facilities extended to Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions. The financing supports a major 6000 MW HVDC transmission project spanning Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) represented a consortium of lenders comprising of MUFG Bank, Ltd and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Gift City Branch in providing financing in the form of external commercial borrowing (ECB) facilities and guarantee facilities (and related hedge facilities) to Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited (RPPTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) for part financing the cost of development of a critical HVDC transmission project comprising 6000 MW, 800 kV terminal stations at Bhadla and Fatehpur, interconnecting transformers, HVDC lines between the stations between the stations and, Line in, Line out (LILO) of certain circuits at Fatehpur, in the states of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
