The Supreme Court Collegium led by Justice Sanjiv Khanna, CJI on 5-2-2025 issued a statement regarding approving the proposal to appoint 2 Judicial Officers as Judges of Delhi High Court.
The names are as follows:
(i) Renu Bhatnagar
(ii) Rajneesh Kumar Gupta
Are theirs antecedents checked what their colour is ,Is it saffron.
How does it matter ? Elevations to HC happen in Delhi purely on basis of lobbying and nepotism. Both these have been pathetic family court judges and that’s what Collegium wants
