On 03-01-2025, the Ministry of Finance (Financial Markets Division) notified the appointment of Justice (Retd.) Mayank Kumar Jain, Allahabad High Court as a Judicial Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (‘SAT’).
Justice (Retd.) Mayank Kumar Jain will serve as a Judicial Member of SAT for 4 years from his date of joining or till he attains the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
The appointment was made by exercising powers under the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 and the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021.
