Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) is representing Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) and Adani Commodities LLP (ACL) on ACL’s sale of all its shares (constituting up to a maximum of 31.06% equity stake) in Adani Wilmar Limited (“AWL”) to Lence Pte. Ltd. (“Lence”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wilmar International Limited.
The transaction is being led by Anchal Dhir, Partner and Jay Parikh, Partner, with support from Ayushi Toshniwal, Principal Associate.
Avaantika Kakkar, Partner & Head — Competition, is advising on competition related aspects of the Transaction.
Devaki Mankad, Partner with support from Mansi Jhaveri, Principal Associate are assisting on capital markets aspect of the transaction.
The agreement in relation to the transaction was signed on 30th December, 2024.
