The Ministry of Law and Justice on 21-03-2024 notified the appointment of Judicial Officer, Mohd. Yousuf Wani, as Additional Judge of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, for a period of two years.
Justice Mohd. Yousuf Wani took oath of office on 25-03-2024 and his inclusion as Judge of the High Court has raised the number of Judges in J&K and Ladakh High Court to 16.
On the same day i.e. 21-03-2024, the Law Ministry also notified the appointment of 6 Advocates namely- (i) Mullappally Abdul Aziz Abdul Hakhim, (ii) Syam Kumar Vadakke Mudavakkat, (iii) Harisankar Vijayan Menon, (iv) Manu Sreedharan Nair, (v) Easwaran Subramani and (vi) Manoj F’ulamby Madhavan, as Additional Judges of Kerala High Court for a period of 2 years.
The new appointees were sworn in as Additional Judges on 22-03-2024.
