Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Aditya Birla Finance Limited in relation to term loan facility aggregating up to INR 175 crores extended to My Home Constructions Private Limited.
The core team consisted of Rahul Chakraborti (Partner), Savni Tewari (Principal Associate), Prashasti Priya (Associate) and Akash Mukherjee (Associate).
Khaitan role includes:

Drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents;

Advising and assisting on corporate authorisations, stamp duty, security creation formalities and conditions precedent/ conditions subsequent; and

Closing assistance and/ or such other advice required in relation to the transaction.
