In a Notification issued on 29-11-2023, the Central Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 3-A of Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 r/w Rule 10 of National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, nominated the name of Justice Bhushan Ramakrishna Gavai as Chairman of Supreme Court Legal Services Committee with immediate effect.
At present, the Chairman of the SCLSC is Justice Sanjiv Khanna1.
