SCL-India’s Biennial International Conference is back with its 4th iteration after prodigious success in 2017, 2019 and 2021, which were host to more than 350 delegates each year. In 2017, SCL- India hosted 32 foreign speakers and 12 sitting judges amongst others. In 2019, SCL-India hosted 49 speakers, including 9 sitting judges and 31 foreign speakers. In 2021, owing to the pandemic, the conference was held virtually, but that did not deter our spirits and we hosted over 60 renowned speakers from across fields and about 400 delegates joining online from across the globe.
The 4th edition of the conference will be held in New Delhi from 8th to 10th December, 2023. The event gathers judges, lawyers, construction professionals, academics, industry leaders, engineers, analysts, and other experts worldwide to discuss the current landscape of construction law and arbitration. Over three days, participants engage in interactive sessions like panel discussions, debates, and fireside chats with industry leaders and specialists.
