Lightspeed Venture Partners and Kalaari Capital Partners | Series C investment in Healthplix

Khaitan & Co advised Lightspeed Venture Partners and Kalaari Capital Partners III in relation to acquisition of a minority stake by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Kalaari Capital Partners in the share capital of Healthplix, pursuant to a primary investment in Healthplix’s USD 18.29 million (approximately) funding round led by Avataar Venture Partners and SAI Global India Fund I, which was split across a bridge round and a Series C round. Assisted negotiations and marking up of the transaction documents for Lightspeed’s and Kalaari’s Series C and bridge round investment in Healthplix and closing of both the rounds of the transaction.
