Amity Moot Court Competition

Amity Law School, Amity University Haryana has been organising Moot Court Competitions on a National level since 2016 and has experienced a rise in participation and success rate every passing year with the aim to provide the students with first-hand experience of communicating and competing with the other teams all around. The 1st National Moot Court Competition observed participation of thirty-six teams which rose to forty-two in the 4th National Moot Court Competition, in the year 2019, from various Universities and Colleges all over the country like NALSAR, Hyderabad; Christ University, Bangalore, ILS Law College, Pune; CNLU, Patna etc. The students not only took back the participation experience but also their insights were garnered from esteemed dignitaries who empowered them to excel in future endeavours. The 5th National Moot Court Competition was organised in virtual mode owing to the Covid-19 pandemic and witnessed a large number of teams participating from all over the country.

Amity Law School is honoured to organize its 1st AMITY INTERNATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2023, from 21–23 April in Virtual mode that shall be a simulation based on the leading issues emerging at the International level which are encountering rampant occurrence in today’s world. The Competition intends to provide an opportunity to all the participants to learn Court craft by observation and have a Courtroom experience online from any and every corner of the world. By using a virtual platform, the Event aims to instil confidence in Law Students globally and motivate them to overcome any crisis by exploring different dimensions in the legal world. It aims to confer a unique opportunity to the participants to understand the conduct, various procedures and application of International Law along with the opportunity to hone Courtroom manners and etiquettes. Participants and Winners will be awarded with Certificates and Awards worth Rs. 3 lakhs.
