RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review (RFMLR), first published in the year 2014, is a bi-annual, student-run, blind peer-reviewed law journal currently in its 7th volume and is one of the flagship publications of RGNUL. It was set up as an academic initiative to promote research and debate in areas of financial and economic law. The review looks to understand the legal paradigm prevalent in India and South East Asia and how it affects finance and other cross border mercantile activities. The Editorial Board of RFMLR also operates the RFMLR Blog at www.rfmlr.com.

RFMLR is indexed on SCC Online and has been ranked as the 9th most accessed Law School Law Review by the SCC Blog.

About the Collaborators

Metacept.com has been created with an objective of developing and sustaining a platform for a productive discussion on the ever-evolving fields of Information Technology (InfoTech) and IPR Laws. It aims at promoting a diversity of viewpoints, ideas, and ideologies.

About the Online Essay Competition

The Competition aims to initiate a discourse on the legal and economic scrutiny of the issues, implementation and impact assessment of the policy decisions adopted by the Government of India to tackle the outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus Disease). Furthermore, it attempts to find possible solutions and diagnosis of the situation through the discourse.

The Competition will be conducted online.  E-Certificates will be awarded to the Top Three entries. Online internship opportunities with Scriboard and Metacept.com will be provided to selected participants. In addition, selected entries will be published in an e-Edition of RFMLR – ISSN (O): 2347-3827 on www.rfmlr.com.
