Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend that Justice Protik Prakash Banerjee be appointed as Additional Judge of the Calcutta High Court

Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend that Justice Protik Prakash Banerjee be appointed as Additional Judge of the Calcutta High Court for a fresh term of one-year w.e.f. 21st March, 2020.

Collegium has approved the proposal for appointment of following three Additional Judges of Calcutta High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court:

  1. Smt. Justice Shampa Sarkar,
  2. Shri Justice Ravi Krishan Kapur, and

  3. Shri Justice Arindam Mukherjee.
