The 36th Bar Council of India All India Inter- University Moot Court Competition, 2020 is going to be organized by the Chanakya National Law University, Patna from 28th – 30th March, 2020.

Eligibility
The Moot Court Competition is open to all students enrolled in a LLB degree provided by a recognized University in India.  A university will be represented by only one Team and the team shall comprise of 3 members.
Law colleges outside the Universities must get in touch with the universities to which they are affiliated to and get their nominations sent through Deans/Registrars of the concerned University. The nominations received from the law colleges directly (instead of through the University) will not be entertained.
Registration
Teams should register themselves by sending the scanned copy of filled registration form and Demand Draft to bci.mcc@cnlu.ac.in on or before 30th January, 2020(23.59 hours  IST). The hard copy of the same is to be sent to Dr. Vijay Kumar Vimal, Chanakya National Law University, Nayaya Nagar, Mithapur, Patna-800 001, Bihar (Mobile no.:- 9470708595).
A non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) has to be submitted by each participating team in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of  Registrar, Chanakya National Law University payable at Patna( clearly stating the name of the institution at the reverse side of Demand Draft).
Note: Moot problem will be mailed to the registered team along with team code.
