On 25 November, 2014, several Memorandum of Understandings/ Agreements were signed between India and Nepal. It includes signing of agreements on traditional medicine, tourism and youth affairs. It also includes signing of MoU on Project Development Agreement for Arun III Hydropower Project. The two countries also finalized the $1 billion line of credit which will be utilized for hydropower, irrigation and infrastructural development projects and Motor Vehicle Agreement (MVA) which envisages regular bus services between the two countries, including allowing private vehicles to cross the border, facilitation of hassle-free movement of people and promotion of tourism. Other Memorandum and agreements includes setting up of Nepal Police Academy, Twin City Agreement between Kathmandu- Varanasi, Lumbini- Bodh Gaya, and Ayodhya- Janakpur.
