Fox & Mandal acted as underwriters’ counsel to Smart Horizon Capital in connection with initial public offering (IPO) of Bombay Coated & Special Steels Ltd on the NSE and BSE, aggregating approximately INR 185 crore.
The IPO was underwritten by Smart Horizon Capital. The offering received an overall subscription of 63.89 times, with the non-institutional investor (NII) category subscribed 166.44 times, the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category (excluding anchor investors) subscribed 37.32 times, and the retail category subscribed 35.46 times.
The Company has since been successfully listed on the stock exchanges.
