S & R Associates are pleased to announce that Swathi Girimaji has joined S&R Associates as a partner in the Firm’s Bengaluru office, and is joined by associates Bhanusri S., Theertha Aiyappa, Poorna Shree A. and Madhav Sirohi.
Swathi Girimaji’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity and general corporate matters, including significant experience in the technology, education, health tech, fintech and consumer sectors. Swathi received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from University Law College, Bengaluru in 2010 and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011. Her prior experience includes working with Bharucha & Partners in Bengaluru, where she was a partner.
