Gujarat National Law University invites registrations for the 2nd Edition of the GNLU — Panag, Babu & Sarangi Certificate Course on White Collar Crimes, jointly organised by Gujarat National Law University and Panag, Babu & Sarangi.
Following the success of its inaugural edition, the course returns with an intensive, practitioner-led curriculum designed to equip participants with a strong understanding of white-collar criminal practice. Through 18+ hours of classroom learning delivered by leading practitioners from Panag, Babu & Sarangi and distinguished academicians from GNLU, the programme combines academic rigour with practical insights into investigations, enforcement, and defence in white-collar matters.
The Course aims to cover:

The life cycle of a white-collar crime case from commission and detection to investigation, defence strategies and adjudication.

Corporate frauds, insider trading and securities fraud centred on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Frameworks.

The role, powers, jurisdiction, and functioning of regulatory agencies in white-collar investigations.

Investigation techniques including forensic audits and digital evidence collection.
The course will be conducted in physical mode at the GNLU, Gandhinagar campus from 7-9 October, 2026.
Eligibility: Third, Fourth, and Fifth-year LL.B. students, LL.M. students, and Ph.D. scholars in Law or related disciplines.
Opportunities include five fully-funded Merit-cum-Need based scholarships from Panag, Babu & Sarangi, internship opportunities and cash prizes of upto Rs. 50,000 for meritorious students.
