Fox & Mandal has announced a joint seminar with Chuo Sogo LPC, one of Japan’s leading full-service law firms, to be held in Tokyo on July 21, 2026.
Titled ‘Decoding the Legal and Regulatory Challenges for Japanese Companies Expanding into India’, the seminar will bring together legal professionals from both firms to discuss key legal, regulatory and commercial considerations for Japanese businesses entering or expanding their operations in India.
The session will provide practical insights into the challenges commonly encountered in Indo-Japanese business transactions, including market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, dispute resolution, employment considerations and investment-related issues. The programme will also feature an interactive panel discussion and networking session.
The seminar will be addressed by Koji Kanazawa, Katsuya Hongyo, Takashi Oguchi, Jun Niizawa, Ronald Kaloostian and Yui Mimura from Chuo Sogo LPC, and Ashutosh Gupta and Saurav Bhaumik from Fox & Mandal.
