He proposed a two-stage process for establishing an Indo-Saudi Arbitration framework with first stage being mutual agreement, and second stage of inter country enforcement protocol which can be given the status of a treaty.
The theme for RIDW25 is “Managing Global Business Relationships: Legal Reforms, Commercial Strategies & Qualifications, Ethics, and Conflict of Interest in Dispute Resolution,” which will guide discussions on how to navigate the complexities of modern dispute resolution in an evolving global business landscape.
