Orissa High Court orders CBI Probe into alleged manipulated JEE Score Card

“If the documents/ score card given by the candidate, downloaded from the website of the NTA, were genuine, then the candidate should get admission into his choicest institution of the country, like IIT or NIT. But, if the documents are found to be not genuine, then CBI should ascertain how the same was obtained by the candidate, so that such mistake cannot be made by the authorities in future.”

[JEE Advanced 2022] Delhi High Court allows a meritorious EWS student to continue his course against a supernumerary seat provisionally allotted on default of seat allocation fee payment

The supernumerary seat was created by the respondents on their own and there was no direction for same in the interim order, thus, the caveat in the interim order that no equities would flow in favour of the petitioner, will not come in the way of the petitioner’s continuation against the said seat.
