Khaitan & Co acted as the legal adviser to Bling Brands Private Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing sports and fitness companies, in relation to its raising of INR 400 crores in Series B funding from The Wealth Company Alternates Trust — Bharat Value Fund.
The scope of work involved negotiations, marking up, finalisation and execution of the transaction documents, and closing of the transaction.
